Synopsis:
The eleventh annual "CBS' Happy New Year America," a musical countdown to 1990. The two-hour program is broadcast live from the Grand Ballroom of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Times Square, as well as other locations in New York City. Also included are live celebrations from Billy Bob's in Fort Worth, Texas.
