Synopsis:
After her father's death, Sandy Albright abandons her law practice in California, and returns to her rural Washington hometown. When a respected judge is murdered, the suspect insists that Sandy act in his defense. Because the murdered judge was her friend and mentor, Sandy is forced to confront her own anger as well as the prejudice of the townspeople against her client.
