Synopsis:
On a seemingly routine salvage mission, Captain Maria Nile and her six women crew are forced to land their spaceship on a remote penal colony. In search of assistance, Nile encounters two men fighting and comes to the aid of one of the combatants who claims to be the only surviving guard of a violent prison revolt led by his assailant, Convict 762. Nile's new ally, Vigo, helps guide the damaged spaceship to safety, but leaves once it is docked. Nile and her crew find the bodies of recently slaughtered prisoners when they leave the ship to investigate a mayday beacon from inside the prison, where they are themselves stalked. When they return to the ship, they find a man on board. Computer records verify that he is Mannix, a prison guard who was making a repair run outside the prison when the riot erupted. Vigo or Mannix is Convict 762, and Captain Nile must decide whom to trust.
