Synopsis:
Focusing on New York City police officers in an Upper West Side precinct, "Fear" tells the story of a community meeting between law enforcement and local residents after a series of rapes in the neighborhood. The fear building in the community becomes contagious, and the officers begin to feel the effects of crimes. In "Blind Date," Detective Leonard Manzo visits a neighborhood brothel, surprisingly, to find a woman he can relate to on a personal level. There, he befriends Heaven, before the place is turned upside down by cops from another precinct.
