Synopsis:
Olivia King longed for a career as an entertainer. When offered the chance to leave Atlanta for showbiz success in New York City, Olivia gave up custody of her daughter Kayla to her husband Adam Harris to pursue her singing ambitions. Now, 18 years later, Olivia is a superstar and Kayla wants her mother to help with her own fledgling career. When Kayla's career begins to eclipse Olivia's, their relationship is further strained by professional rivalry. The two attempt to heal their wounds and rebuild that special bond shared by mothers and daughters.
