Synopsis:
A police detective and an ex-con seem to be living parallel lives on opposite sides of the law in a dying city. They are both basically loners who find themselves drawn together in an attempt to right some personal wrongs. The cop is determined to exonerate his dead partner of corruption charges even if it means posing as a dirty cop. The ex-con is trying to prove he was jailed for a robbery he didn't commit, but he's slowly being drawn back in by a childhood friend who is head of one of the city's notorious crime syndicates.
