Synopsis:
The story of Earl Eischied, Chief of Detectives of the New York Police Department. Eischied is an abrasive cop who puts crime-solving above everything, including his own life and the department's internal rules. Considered fanatical and dangerous by some of his associates, he nevertheless inspires tremendous admiration and loyalty in others.
