Synopsis:

Escaping from a Caribbean prison after 28 years of internment on false charges, Frank Faraday returns to the United States. After exposing and apprehending the man responsible for his imprisonment in 1945, Faraday assumes his former position as a private detective with his now-grown son, Steve, a security consultant working in Los Angeles.

Stories relate the investigations of a '40s-style private eye and the dated techniques he uses to apprehend criminals.
