Synopsis:
An old-line street cop is assigned a rookie partner who happens to be an android programmed in a lab. The subsequent short-lived 1977 series also starred Borgnine, Shannon and Amos, as did another TV movie, "Cops and Robin" (1978), which recycled what the producers felt continued to be a viable concept.
