Synopsis:
A retired U.S. Army colonel, the tactical chief of a secret paramilitary installation, murders the one man who could expose him as an embezzler and adulterer. Lieutenant Columbo, using his own brand of mental maneuvers, manages to come up with an ingenious strategy to outwit his formidable adversary.
