Synopsis:
Seeking a way to hunt down and bring to justice the criminals who are freed on legal "technicalities" such as the Miranda rule, laws which were instituted to restrain abuses by police departments, Judge Milton C. Hardcastle offers Mark McCormick, a convicted car thief, a choice: work with him in dispensing justice or face time in prison. The series focuses on the two as they work together, dispensing their own brand of vigilante justice to those criminals whom they feel should be behind bars.
