Synopsis:
A "CBS Schoolbreak Specials" presentation focusing on one of contemporary society's most heartbreaking phenomena--the plight of the homeless. Susan Palmer, a widow with three young sons, is forced to move her family into the streets. They find that they are part of the estimated 2 to 3 million homeless in this country of which 500,000 to 700,000 are children. Determined to stick together and find a solution to their grave problem, they manage to turn their luck around.
