Synopsis:
A look inside the Philadelphia Police Department since the arrival of Police Commissioner John Timoney. Timoney has instituted special training for new cadets to head off public scandals and corruption inside the force. The program reports on the new Philadelphia police force as it struggles to improve with outdated weaponry and equipment, and the stress officers endure as they try to work in this new environment.
