Synopsis:
Portrait of Victoria Clafin Woodhull, who in the late 1800s was the first woman to run for president, open her own brokerage firm on Wall Street, and speak before Congress. Woodhull believed women deserved all the rights and privileges that men did, including sexual freedom. As she increasingly broke the rules, thereby threatening the establishment, society's forces helped to destroy her.
