Synopsis:
Buck, the dog made famous by the classic Jack London novel, "The Call of the Wild," is stolen from his California estate, shipped northwards and put to work on a sled in the wild gold-rush era of Alaska and the Yukon. Explores the relationship between Buck and John Thornton, a rugged gold hunter who saves Buck's life after he passes through the clutches of many abusive masters.
