Synopsis:
Geraldo Rivera reports on the latest scandal involving the Los Angeles Police Department. At the core of the scandal is an elite gang-fighting unit within the LAPD called "CRASH" (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums) in which some of its officers have been accused of being no better than the gangsters themselves.
