Synopsis:

CNN's durable interview/call-in show with the avuncular, suspenders-wearing host, who leads diverse panel discussions. The questions are sometimes of the softball variety, but the chat is intelligent and it seems as if King has booked every notable newsmaker and entertainer, including Ronald Reagan, George Bush (father and son), Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, Margaret Thatcher, H. Ross Perot, Frank Sinatra, Al Pacino, Paul McCartney, Barbra Streisand and David Letterman.
