Synopsis:
A six-part, six-hour documentary featuring stage and screen actors dramatizing words taken from letters, diaries, documents and newspapers from the time of the American Revolution, conveying the thoughts, emotions and spirit of the men and women who fought for their independence from Great Britian. Also included are interviews with scholars of the American Revolution.
