Synopsis:
Special focusing on the participants of the reality show "Extreme Makeover" and what's happened to them since receiving a makeover during their appearance. Participants will, in a surprise move, be reunited in front of an audience with the doctors and style experts who helped make their transformations possible. One audience member will also be chosen for an "extreme makeover" of his or her own.
