Synopsis:
The trials and joys of the suburban Thatchers, whose teen son Corky has Down syndrome. This alone made the well-received family drama unusual; what made it more so was that Chris Burke, who played the role, has the condition in real life. Corky wanted to be `mainstreamed' in high school, which sometimes made life uncomfortable for his younger sister Becca, who was in the same grade. In the last season, Corky found a girlfriend, played by Andrea Friedman.
