Synopsis:
The Burton siblings, Jerry and Joanna, head to Lymstock to rest following Jerry's involvement in a near-fatal motorcycle crash. They are soon caught up in a village frenzy, however, as the letter-writings of a darkly blunt writer causes one person, Mona Symmington, to kill herself. Miss Marple, who happens to be local at the time, teams up with Jerry to try and solve the mystery of the writer and discover the truth behind the letters.
