Synopsis:
Torn, seemingly, from one of those soft-cover romance novels, this lush drama deals with an interlude between an American magazine editor and a dashing young Englishman while traveling between Venice and Paris, rekindling briefly an affair the two had enjoyed together ten years earlier. John Gielgud, as the man's snooty father, won an Emmy Award nomination as Outstanding Supporting Actor for his quite brief performance.
