Synopsis:
Comedy series that deals with a modern woman's daily struggle with sobriety while coping with her eccentric friends and family. Billie Frank is an ex-soap opera star whose career has hit rock bottom. Now working for a "B" movie producer, she struggles with the demons in her life, mainly alcohol and a tendency to wake up with strangers after a night of partying and drinking. Her friends try an intervention to get her to AA, but it is only after a DWI accident that Billie realizes she has a problem and attends court-ordered sessions. Billie tries to get through the day without a drink while surrounded by her dysfunctional family, her offbeat mother and a new group of AA buddies.
