Synopsis:
Documentary about Los Angeles's taskforce, T.R.A.P. (Taskforce for Regional Autotheft Prevention), whose mission is to investigate, prosecute and deter vehicle theft. It tracks down criminals who can break into a car in seconds, reselling parts or cars to unsuspecting customers.
