Synopsis:
James Morton is a British politician who has been disgraced and finds himself in Belgium serving as a British Commissioner to the EEC parliament. He is overseeing mergers and acquisitions within the European Union when he gets a tip that a German chemical company, Metron Chemie, poised for a merger with a British company, is producing chemical weapons and is run by a former Nazi.
