Synopsis:
A self-serving government scientist discovers superior DNA from an ancient Ice Man and injects it into the mentally impaired brother of Dr. Jack Ward, with the hopes of selling the "product" to a drug manufacturer. Jack teams up with Dr. Jenny Collins, a specialist in Genetic Research, to help his brother and stop the government from using the untested scientific advancement on others.
