Synopsis:
As vice principal of Hamilton Middle School, Flynn Sullivan doesn't know which is harder: keeping her personal life afloat or dealing with her dissatisfied teachers and students. Facing burnout, budget cuts and discipline problems, Flynn would love to turn her back on her work and walk away, but the idealism she possessed when she first started teaching keeps dragging her back.
