Synopsis:
The overall title for two cartoon segments. The first segment, titled "Heathcliff," relates the antics of a very mischievous cat who delights in annoying others. The second segment, "Dingbat and the Creeps," relates the misadventures of Dingbat, a vampire dog, Bone Head, a skeleton, and Nobody, a pumpkin, as they attempt to help people in trouble.
