Synopsis:
A dramatic documentary on the life and times of the great national leader and crusader, and a panoramic view of America's emergence into the twentieth century as a world power. The twenty-sixth President of the United States is depicted as Rough Rider, author, statesman, conservationist, father, and husband in both newsreel footage and re-enacted sequences with members of the Roosevelt family portraying their ancestors.
