Synopsis:
A dramatization of the 1932 kidnapping of the Lindbergh infant, the search for the abductor, and his capture, trial and execution three years later. Anthony Hopkins won an Emmy for his acting in this movie which itself was nominated as Outstanding Special, as were J.P. Miller (original teleplay), Rita Roland (editor) and Bob Christenson and Denita Cavett (costume designer).
