Synopsis:
Harry Starks is a notorious homosexual gangster from the East End trying to make a name for himself in 1960's London. One by one, various acquaintances get sucked into Starks' powerful and perilously tantalizing world, and through their eyes help reveal the true nature of Starks. One of the people in Starks' life, the persistent Inspector George Mooney, is hot on his criminal trail and a constant thorn in Starks' side.
