Synopsis:
Recounts the story of how Otis Williams, Melvin Franklin, Eddie Kendricks, Paul Williams and Al Bryant became The Temptations and created hit records with singer David Ruffin. Reveals the ego pressures and drug and alcohol abuse that accompanied the band's rise from street-side harmonizing to Motown legend.
