Synopsis:
A broadcast celebrating the 50th anniversary of the "The Wizard of Oz." Included is a presentation of the recently restored, uncut print of the classic 1939 film. The film is followed by a documentary segment describing how "The Wizard of Oz" was created, featuring interviews with the stars, the creation of special effects and production problems.
