Synopsis:
Depicts the friendship of a group of 20-something New Englanders who have known one another all their lives. At the center of this group is Carrie, who lives at home with her parents; Shannon, who is on her own; and Denise, a new mom, who recently married the father of her child. They work together as waitresses in a local restaurant in blue-collar Gloucester, Massachusetts.
