Synopsis:
In the cut-throat world of the London barrister, workaholic Stephen Bradley, a member of the high-powered Cooper-Fozard firm, finds that his work has started taking a toll on his marriage and family life. Working alongside Stephen is Annie Naylor, a thirty-something mother, who tries to juggle her home life with hewr career. Also rounding out the office of Cooper-Fozard areStephen's assistant Maria Acklam, fresh out of law school, Martin Grieg, openly gay and one of the firm's most loyal solicitors, and Ashley Carter, one of the sharpest minds in the company.
