Synopsis:
With the growth in worldwide terrorist activities, the U.S. government secretly recruits the best commandos from its military forces and divides them into small anti-terrorist strike forces. The program depicts the exploits of one such strike force--Unit 4.

In the pilot episode, Unit 4 is assigned to free U.S. government official Dwight Phillips, his wife, Liz, and their daughter, Tracey, from Tafir Sadek, the bomb-toting leader of Levantine revolutionaries based in the Colorado Rockies.
