Synopsis:
The combat capabilities of Vietnam vet Luc Devreaux are augmented by the Universal Soldier project, a top-secret government plan to create a race of robot-like super soldiers from battlefield casualties. When the government cuts off funding to the project, a rogue official, Mentor, plans to sell the Unisols to foreign governments. Complicating that plan is investigative reporter Veronica Roberts, who discovers the plot. She also finds the frozen body of Luc's presumably dead brother, Eric, who turns out to have been an early Unisol prototype. To defeat the plot, Roberts and the brothers unite against vicious mercenary leader Mazur, who is determined to keep the Unisols alive.
