Synopsis:

When disaster struck the East Coast on September 11, 2001, VH1 News correspondent Rebecca Rankin found herself stranded in Los Angeles, unable to catch a flight back to New York City. She decided to drive herself across the U.S. and talk with people about their reactions to the tragedy. This is the story of Rebecca's journey home. On the road, Rebecca and her crew spoke to Americans of every stripe. The program focuses on these conversations as well as reactions from the music world.
