Synopsis:
Katrina (Kat) is a teenager who gets in touch with her inner feline. Kat is not happy when she is sent to live with her mother, a veterinary scientist at a large city zoo. But life takes a weird twist when Kat comes face to face with Garang, a ferocious female tiger. Kat comes to realize that she can "mind-meld" with Garang. Not only can she telepathically share the tiger's emotions, but Kat acquires certain tiger powers including the ability to see at night and an acute sense of smell and hearing. Kat embarks on an adventure that leads her into the brave new world of genetic engineering, where the laws of nature are being completely rewritten.
