Synopsis:
A documentary special in which the world of women's body-building and physical fitness is examined. World-class athlete and former Miss Olympia Rachel McLish is featured in a series of dramatic encounters which confirm the value of physical activity for women. Animation and microphotography are utilized to depict movement from inside the body to demonstrate the body's use of adrenalin, the destructive impact of steroids and the connection between exercise and staying young.
