A Touch of Frost: House Calls | 1996
When someone from Chief Inspector Frost's past is a suspect in a series of assaults on children, he decides not to arrest him. His colleague, Detective Sergeant Liz Maud, is horrified at Frost's decision and files a report on the issue. Later, two children are found murdered and Frost fears that he has made a terrible mistake by letting the suspect go even though he believes in his innocence. After a difficult investigation, Frost uncovers evidence that explains the mystery.
