Synopsis

A two-part, four-hour Australian miniseries about the Anzacs (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps), a force made up of volunteers that fought in World War I. The program was originally a 10-hour Australian miniseries that was cut to four hours when offered internationally (including the United States). The focus is on the portions featuring actor Paul Hogan because of the stardom he achieved due to the success of the theatrical film "Crocodile Dundee," released in Australia after the original airing of the miniseries.
