As we saw in the first trailer for the upcoming Netflix season of Arrested Development, not a lot has changed for the Bluth and Fünke families. Sure, George Michael is a bit taller, and there seems to be a prevalence of exotic birds haunting the model home. But moreover, Season 4 looks like business as usual. Which is a great, great thing. On Monday night, series star Portia de Rossi graced Late Night with Jimmy Fallon viewers with a clip depicting her character, Lindsay, and her TV family, Tobias (David Cross) and Maeby (Alia Shawkat), matching wits with a real estate agent, played by returning guest star Ed Helms.
Upholding an old Fünke tradition, Lindsay and Tobias get so ensconced in their self-serving habits that they seem to forget entirely about one particularly significant element in their lives: their daughter. But don’t worry, she’s used to it. Check out the clip below, and gear up for the new Arrested Development episodes on May 26.
