Synopsis

Miniseries based on Stephen Ambrose's book about Easy Company, the 506th Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division, U.S. Army. Follows the company from their training in Georgia in 1942, recounting the achievements of the elite rifle company, which parachuted into France early on D-Day morning, spearheaded the Market-Garden and Rhine offensives, fought the Germans in Bastogne and the Bulge and captured Hitler's Eagle's Nest at Berchtesgaden in 1945 during World War II.
