‘Breaking Bad’ Cast Connections: ‘Total Recall’ and Other Common Bonds — INFOGRAPHIC

Little does Hank Schrader know, he has actually crossed paths with the infamous, elusive Heisenberg. This can largely be chalked up to the fact that they’re brothers-in-law. But the White family’s Albuquerque backyard isn’t the only common territory that Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston and Dean Norris have shared. They’ve both wound up in the company of Agents Mulder and Scully. They’ve both found their way into the territory of Texas Ranger Cordell Walker. And they’ve both taken a step into the Philip K. Dick world of Total Recall.

This weekend’s release of the Total Recall stars Cranston as the central villain Cohaagen. Interestingly enough, the 1990 incarnation of the story, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, featured Norris in a small but memorable role as the mutated-faced Tony. This made us wonder what other connections these two stars of AMC’s fantastic drama might share, and what other mutual credits we could find throughout the cast. Taking a look at the actors who play Walt, Jesse, Skyler, Hank, Gus, Saul, Mike, Tio Salemanca, Gale Boetticher, and (of course) Badger, we’ve put together this chart to tell you what worlds outside of Breaking Bad these performers have in common. As you might expect, there’s a whole lot of Law & Order and ER mentions… but some other credits are a bit more surprising. Click the chart below to see it larger, and let us know of any shows or movies we might have missed!
