Godspeed, Purrfect. Coming off a season of The Voice during which Cee Lo was rarely seen without the aforementioned feline fluffball in his lap, the celeb judge has moved on to a new sidekick: a pink cockatoo named Lady.
Cee Loo told People.com all about his new gal: “Lady’s name says it all. She’s my little lady with a big opinion. Sometimes whispers inappropriateness in my ear, but always ladylike. I met her flying around in a fantasy of mine. She was wild and free just as I’d like to be! Birds of a feather we are.”
Lady will make her network television debut when The Voice returns to NBC this September. The singing competition — whose second season, lest we forget, was won in May in a rather shocking fashion by Jermaine Paul — is in the midst of taping its blind auditions through June 23.
