If you saw the latest ad for Lifetime’s new Jennifer Love Hewitt-as-a-call-girl series The Client List and found yourself asking, “Hey, wha happened?” you aren’t alone. In fact, your eyes were definitely not deceiving you that something – or somethings, rather – looked quite different from the original ad, which featured the image of very cleavage-heavy Hewitt. Since then, an ad with an image of a noticeably less busty Hewitt has been released (pictured), much to the surprise of Hewitt herself. (Men of America, consider this your fair warning: This arguably more scandalous shot has not been altered…yet.)
The New York Daily News reports that during a visit to radio station KROQ’s “The Kevin & Bean Show” on Friday, the 33-year-old said of the doctored image, “Somebody sent me a copy of the photograph, and I was like, ‘Ummm…what happened?’” Hewitt, who said she hadn’t seen the “new version” of the ad before it was released added, “I’m not quite sure what’s going on. But apparently somebody wanted me to have a boob reduction.” (Turns out, much like you, Hewitt is a fan of her famous assets, having revealed to Maxim, “I like my boobs. They’ve always served me well. They’re good.”)
Still, even if Hewitt isn’t psyched about being covered up and reduced, don’t expect to see her go beyond the lingerie she wears in the ads and on the show. The actress recently told Hollywood.com, “I wouldn’t have done nudity…That’s not something that I feel particularly comfortable with. I also think that it’s sexier not to show everything.” Original poster Jennifer Love Hewitt might beg to differ.
