Danger Mouse recruits star pals for The Man in the High Castle soundtrack

Gnarls Barkley star Danger Mouse has created a star-studded “pseudo-soundtrack” for hit Amazon series Man In The High Castle.
The record producer, real name Brian Burton, has recruited Beck, Norah Jones, the Shins, Sharon Van Etten, Karen O, and Kelis, among others to record cover songs from the early 1960s, when the drama is set.
Highlights include Van Etten’s cover of Skeeter Davis’ ballad The End of the World, which opens the album, Beck’s Can’t Help Falling In Love, and The Shins’ cover of A Taste of Honey, while Kelis performs Who’s Lovin’ You and Norah Jones tackles The Righteous Brothers’ Unchained Melody.
