5 Hints About How ‘Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life’ Will End

The arrival date for Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life on Netflix is close, which means we have been seeing a lot of promo photos and videos. This has also led to a ton of theories about what’s to come. Here are five fan theories that just might explain how we will finally say goodbye to the Gilmore Girls.

1. The revival will kick off with Richard’s funeral.

Of course, all GG fans are aware that Edward Herrmann who played Richard Gilmore has passed away. So many have figured that our beloved characters will come together in order to send off Richard. Perhaps the new episodes will start with death and end in new life like the seasons…

2. Rory could be pregnant.

There is a fun fan theory that Rory is expecting! This is from a post of an apple on a plate full of pop tarts, which was Lorelai’s pregnancy craving. Then there was another seemingly innocent photo of lipstick. However, if you look closely, there is a stroller covered by a blanket in the reflection of the mirror. This could mean a new baby is on the way, and chances are it will be Rory’s.

3. Logan could be the baby daddy.

Once the pregnancy rumors started swirling, there were questions about who the baby’s father could be. Many have thought it would be Logan because there are scenes of Rory in London with him.

4. Tristan will be back but actor Anton Narinskiy will replace Chad Michael Murray.

The Chilton bad boy might be back along with all of the other boys in Rory’s life. The rumor started when a character named “Tristan” was added on the list for the new episodes on IMDB. However, he isn’t played by Chad Michael Murray. Many fans are speculating that CMM’s schedule didn’t allow him time to participate in the revival, so they got another actor to do it. We think we’ll probably see Tristan at Richard’s funeral. After all, his family were pretty tight with Emily and Richard.

5. Rory ditches journalism for teaching at Chilton

Rory’s journalism skills were called into question multiple times. But one thing that usually was consistent was that she was driven when it came to education. This theory was basically started by a photo from the revival and is practically confirmed. But we won’t know for sure until we get the new episodes.
