The daughters of husband and wife writers Frank and Doris Hursley, who created the show in 1963, claim network executives at ABC have not honoured a deal promising them 10 per cent of syndication payments.
The Hursley girls have asked a judge to force ABC heads to undergo an audit, reports TMZ.com.
